Tony Daou
DIRECTOR

An experienced Security Practitioner with over 23 years of experience in the Security Industry. Tony founded ISEC in 2001 and has over this time provided leadership and direction across all service provisions both Strategic and Operational.

Having begun his career in Security at an early age Tony quickly developed a reputation as a committed and knowledgeable professional with subject matter expertise in operational planning, labour control practices, operational deployment in high risk environments both locally and internationally.

Today he leads a small team of dedicated professionals whom are devoted to the values of ISEC and uphold the ethos through exemplary service delivery and technical advice.

Frank P. Bellomo, CAHRI, FCIISCM
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
M Com HRM, Grad Dip Bus Mgt, Dip Rsk/Sec Mgt, Dip Sec Mgt, Cert IV OHS, TAE, CCTP.

Frank has over 24 years of experience in the Safety Security and Risk management Industry having spent numerous years in Senior Management Roles with some of the country’s largest companies.  During this time Frank has advised and worked on major operations both in Victoria and Interstate, providing strategic direction and advise on both government and non-government organisation across numerous sectors including Aviation, Rail, Private Corporate Sector, Arts, Events, Iconic Melbourne structures and some of the Country’s critical infrastructure.

Frank is responsible for the effective management of all ISEC divisions with an emphasis on Strategy, Risk and Protective Security Operations. Frank is a Fellow of the Chartered International Institute for Security and Crisis Management and holds formal memberships with ASIS, The Industrial Relations Society of Victoria and the Australian Human Resources Institute. His formal qualifications include a Master of Commerce, Graduate Diploma Business and Diplomas in Security and Security Risk Management.

Nox Tauakipulu
GENERAL MANAGER – LICENSED PREMISES
Dip Sec Risk MGT, Cert IV TAE, CCTP.

Nox is an experienced security practitioner with over 16 years of operational and tactical experience. He holds international qualifications in areas of Defensive Tactics, High Threat Protection and Counter Terrorism Awareness and Response.

Nox’s other responsibilities include operations management, contract management, strategic planning and crisis and emergency response coordination. A qualified trainer and assessor Nox regularly develops material across a number of areas including security operations and Workplace Health and Safety, he supports every business division and chairs the company’s auditing and compliance committee.

 

Simone Elbeb
GENERAL MANAGER – EVENTS
BA BSc, Cert IV Sec Rsk MGT.

Simone is an accomplished leader with over 15 years of experience across the Security and Hospitality Sector.

Since joining ISEC in 2006 Simone has actively led a large number of major events across Australia.  Simone leads the ISEC Events division and is effectively responsible for the planning and delivery of ALL events currently contracted to ISEC.

Simone’s qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts and a Bachelor of Science with majors in Psychology.  Simone is tasked with full P&L accountability, event planning and advice, labour control and resource allocation practices as well as providing technical advice on Security and Risk Management Planning.

 

Stephen Gellert
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER
BEc LLB.

With degree qualifications in both law and accounting, Stephen Gellert has 25+ years of experience working with numerous small and large businesses in the areas of finance, administration and strategy. As ISEC’s Chief Financial Officer Stephen plans, tracks and oversees the financial performance of the company, he is tasked with building ISEC’s strong balance sheet in order to sustain our growth strategy.

 

Lee Puklowski
MANAGER – INTEGRATED MANAGEMENT SYSTEMS

An accomplished Security and Management Professional with a career spanning over 15 years in the venue, hospitality and Security Industry with an emphasis on operational performance, Quality Management and Workplace Health and Safety. Lee joined ISEC in 2005 and has worked across a number of operational functions before taking on the role of Manager – Integrated Management systems. Today Lee is tasked with driving the businesses operational performance through systems and processes which are accredited to International Standards.

 

Peter Armstrong
SECURITY AND COMPLIANCE MANAGER

With an international career in 5 star hotels spanning over 15 years Peter is a proven leader having working in both Australia and the UK for over 12 years before taking up the position of Security and Compliance Manager at ISEC in 2011.

Peter is effectively responsible for the planning and coordination of major events with an emphasis on Emergency Management, Workforce allocation and planning, risk management and compliance.

 

Helen Boutros
ACCOUNTS AND OFFICE MANAGER

As the primary accounts manager since 2009 Helen’s expertise has seen ISEC through significant growth and change. Helen’s extensive experience in account and office management ensures that ISEC maintains their stability and continues a steady economic growth within the security sectors.

On a daily basis Helen is the trusted lead point of contact for all account enquiries and ensures the successful delivery of ISEC’s business objectives to all clients and stakeholders.
