With a career in security spanning 25 years, Tony has earned a reputation as one of the most knowledgeable and experienced professionals in the industry today. Tony founded ISEC in 2001 and now leads a team of like-minded individuals who are devoted to upholding the values of ISEC and delivering exceptional service. Tony’s passion for the industry and vision for ISEC is as strong as ever and as part of his role as CEO Tony remains actively involved in all aspects of the company’s operations.

 

Nox Tauakipulu
GROUP OPERATIONS MANAGER

As Group Operations Manager, Nox uses his 15+ years of accumulated industry knowledge and experience to provide support and influence across all ISEC’s operational areas.

As a reflection of ISEC’s deep commitment to and Nox’s significant expertise in training and development and quality performance management, Nox leads the ISEC Academy under which all the company’s training and development as well as its reward and recognition activities are conducted. Nox’s role involves leading, motivating, inspiring and coaching ISEC’s team of high calibre security personnel to achieve maximum performance in line with the company’s culture and vision.

 

Simone Elbeb
GENERAL MANAGER – EVENTS

Since joining ISEC in 2006, Simone has earned industry wide recognition as one of the leading Event Security and Risk Management specialists; a reputation derived from over 20 years of operational and management experience. Simone is actively involved in ensuring the safety and security for some of the largest events across Australia and energetically leads a team of dedicated professionals who are equally passionate about delivering a safe, secure and enjoyable event experience.

 

Stephen Gellert
CHIEF FINANCIAL OFFICER

With degree qualifications in both law and accounting, Stephen has 25+ years of experience working with small and large businesses across a variety of industries in the areas of finance, administration and strategy. As ISEC’s Chief Financial Officer Stephen plans, tracks and oversees the financial performance of the company, ensuring that ISEC maintains a strong balance sheet to sustain the company’s operations and growth strategy. Stephen is actively involved in all aspects of the company’s strategic planning to ensure that appropriate systems and procedures are in place to ensure that the interests of the company and all its stakeholders are protected and advanced.

 

Peter Armstrong
OPERATIONS MANAGER

Peter is a proven leader with an extensive background in hospitality and business management. Peter possesses a strong customer focused approach traceable to 18+ years experience, including 12 years of managing 5-Star hotels and large entertainment venues both in Australia and the UK.

Peter joined ISEC in 2011 and is effectively responsible for the planning and coordination of human resources and logistics for all ISEC events, and plays an integral role in het success of our event security and risk management service offerings.

 

Lee Puklowski
COMPLIANCE MANAGER

Lee brings a wealth of knowledge with over 20 years of management experience. Lee is tasked with directing and overseeing our quality management systems which supports the achievement of ISEC’s strategic objectives, performance targets and compliance requirements. 

Lee has also acquired an advanced level of financial acumen through years of managing the commercial aspects for a number of businesses, and validated with a Bachelor of Accounting and Business Law.
